The view from Les Merinides is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful cityscape. The lobby has a charming Moroccan style that adds to the ambiance. Despite a few minor issues, the check-in process was relatively smooth and the staff seemed friendly. The buffet breakfast had a decent variety and the terrace provided a nice setting. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning view and pleasant atmosphere.

I'm a light sleeper, but the rooms were quiet and I had a peaceful night's sleep.

Terrace is really nice. Laundry came back washed and dried only a few hours after delivery. Breakfast was fine, too.
Impressive entrance hall is deceptive, rooms are old and have not been maintained, our room (110) has smoked as if a dead animal were lying under the bed. We booked a guide who costs 250 Dirham according to the hotel, the guide wanted 400 Dirham and was only 30 minutes late.

The whole experience was very lovely. I truly enjoyed large room and views were breathtaking. Good service, although a few employees were really bad. The location was magnificent, not very far from a scenic museum. Nice restaurant provided Moroccan dishes.

The terrace overlooks the old town. Good wine list. The bartender's a little lame, though. Breakfast and evening buffet very good and plentiful. We have been there 5 times already and will come back again and again. Dr. Peter among others.

Our stay offered stunning and panoramic views of the city from the hilltop location. We loved the fresh omelettes and Moroccan pancakes for breakfast and the excellent pool facilities. The room had comfortable furnishings and a great bathroom.
Some areas beyond the hotel grounds were not always safe at night.
